I just brought 2 iPhone 16 and on a plan with 2 phones. One is ok coverage the other is trash!!!!! It does not work without my WiFi unless calling. Texts etc the slowest. I will be switching back to T mobile immediately

Verizon please expand your internet. By get 5 gig speed to 8 gig speed and 10G and 10G plus. And also make it Verizon home internet security we need to be better than other internet company.

Why limit to 20 contacts? With a large family, friends, and other gizmo users, sitters, ... thats basically nothing. Why can they only text gizmo users or the main guardians? The purpose was so they can call, video chat, and text their main approved people. Unless i approve ALL protections to ALL contacts then they can text... but that defeats the purpose of protecting them. If parents can set the limits on the phone app... why the additional company limitations that make the product obsolete? Not to mention verizon basically bullied me into getting these for my kids over android watches and they're almost unusable for what i said they needed them for. So are the verizon store staff completely untrained and uneducated? Terrible experience. Truly the worst.

Why not include AI screening and visual voicemail. The visual voicemail is what I need.
