Well yeah a 27s boss fight is better than XC3 with its 1 second boss fights and XC1 topple lock.

They are fight dependent, so there is no general answer. There are many factors to consider what you are using. Like do you need to launch both enemies or just one, do you need buffs, the initial position of characters. I think this vod itself already shows basically every optimal setup for basically every single wave challenge. Like Shulk Rex challenge the range of starting character needs to be 9+, left and right characters need to be 8+ and backline needs at least 10+ if targeting same side enemies. So for easy since we do not need that much dmg we can use lower dmg smasher with enough range so that we can use smash at the beginning. For normal we need more dmg so we use SF to smash. Since Noah's Air slash is 16 frames which is too fast we need to use other characters to do Air slash which is 18 frames. And since Air Slash 8 range we need left/right characters to be SF. And NC needs to be left/right characters as well since NC is also 8 range. So we cannot do the same rotation as in NM challenge easy where we can smash earlier. For hard since we need cancel to have enough dmg all backline can be SH since we need to wait for cancel anyway and SH has better skills/arts for dmg. NM challenge easy should be pretty standard 2 man launch with first launch using 2 NC with break+topple and break+launch fusion, and second launch using 11F topple -> 18F smash -> 13F launch -> 1F break. 16F smash in this case the air slash does not hit on launch but only hit on topple so the dmg is not enough.

Rn it's slower then my PB with EG by a few minutes and that's most likely because I'm not used to it but I want to ask how should I handle most stages with it? All 24% ether mod common with Dex chip. Range boost with all dmg related aux. A female common cannon with good battle skill and high lv2 special dmg mod.

@@Horrizon_ They nerf all pre chain projectile accuracy. But it is still fine in challenge mode since you would be topple/launch enemy before chain. Outside challenge mode since you have party gauge build up already before starting the fight you then need Shulk/sunlight eye/max affinity acc. etc to ensure accuracy for the projectile. If you understand the accuracy formula dexterity is only useful if it helps reaching cap accuracy without sunlight eye so it is essentially just saving an aux core slot. So basically you need to calculate if the investment on dex reaching cap accuracy is worth trading 45% additive or not. Like if you need 2 24% dex mod from common then it may not worth than just using 2 24% ether mod and sunlight eye.

Did you use shadow eye instead of Cross impact? Although Cross impact is fast art which is good for early stages, I think shadow eye makes more sense for your AA+EG setup.

Into the air, pinpoint weakness, elemental mastery, 24% strength mod, 184% lv2 special mod. Just use your highest dmg lv2 special water common. Female Axe is the best.
