I had an owl perched up in a tiny tree limb overhanging our very open and easily accessible driveway one day. Upon seeing it, as it was broad daylight such as this video, I froze in enchantment. Its eyes 👀….they were SO BIG like a black hole in space. I attempted describing that feeling of awe I encountered to family members but for them it was like “Owl? Wow. Seen an owl before buddy!” Wanted to say “NOT LIKE THIS you haven’t!!

Guess those trees stay

I lived at a place that was overgrown with ivy. I cleared it off the fence, and just then a hummingbird came pup, flew right into my face, back to the empty spot on the fence, back to me, back to the spot, and back to me, and I realized I'd taken out its nest. I was so dismayed! Meanwhile, the hummingbird just kept hovering around me and the spot where its home had been, as if to say, "Nice job, azzhat!" I was devastated. Those owls are sending a message. "It might be a nuisance to you, but it's home to me!"
