I believe that dodging sideways is preferable instead of Perfect Blocking, she attacks a lot but the attacks don't have an insane tracking. A faster weapon is also advisable (even though I used a heavier weapon here). When the copy comes around you can either go straight to the original or deal with the copy first; I prefer to deal with the copy just to be safer. Fire and surprisingly decay (cause she's technically a human I guess) are effective. Decent fight overall, I tried to stick a parry a couple of times without succeding, finally managing one by the end.
