Hi Eric, I expect Alfano 7 data in the .csv file is very similar to the Alfano 6 I use. What you are doing sounds right with adding a column in the file called Time, then add a time in each row starting 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 etc as the data samples at 10Hz, so at 0.1s intervals. It should then allow you to import the file into Dashware

It was just the standard built in microphone on SJ8 Plus, but the camera was in the waterproof plastic case, so it cut out the wind noise

@ThompsonThe1988 I usually use 12/78 but this was 12/77 as the 2024 barrell has a lot more torque at lower revs than my previous 2010 cylinder

Applyin F1 rules, I'm all good, with one wheel inside or on the white line at all times. Bearing in mind the rear track is wider than the front, so even if the front looks slightly out, the rear was obviously in 😉

Yes it is pretty accurate, check the pedal position in the video against the throttle in the overlay 👍

Senior Rotax, but using used Komet K2H (X30 Junior) tyres

Thanks for the suggestion. I previously tried different frame rates, resolutions and views. In the kart 4k50fps in superview looked best (quality and feeling of speed). In the Atom I tried different views, wide seemed best, but I didn't try different frame rates. I tried it today, but I don't think I can tell the difference 🤔

@anx10us it's about the only place at Bedford you could hit something, especially when doing 100mph 💩 I seem to have trained myself to keep the power on now when it slides

The GoPro settings are pretty simple. 4k50fps, Superview, Hypersmooth set to Standard. I have the camera mounted on the top of my Rotax Radiator.

@anx10us in a straight line I'd say the 320 Atom is faster despite the manual gearbox and the chimp behind the wheel.

They are great cars, very enjoyable to drive and blisteringly quick, as long as you keep it on the black stuff 😀

Basically yes, it has over 10 times more power than my Rotax though 🤣

It wasn't cold tyres as although it was the first session of the day, it happened on lap 15 and A052 tyres give great grip really quick. The suspension is standard, so non adjustable. The tyres were very worn (basically slicks), but I think I just gave it too much throttle with quite a bit of lock on and didn't give it enough opposite lock to counter the oversteer. I'm back up at Anglesey next week, so I'll try a bit harder this time 😜

I use the Android app. Click the session you want to export in the app, then click the symbol between the cross and the star, it looks a bit like an arrow. It will save a zip file with each lap from that session within it as a .csv files

I'm applying the F1 rules, as long as 1 tyre is on or inside the white line, you are OK. It's an optical illusion at turn 2, I was within track limits 😂 I look forward to catching up with you at Anglesey

4k, 50fps, Superview (wide angle), Hypersmooth on standard. They seem like the optimal settings for speed, quality and smoothness

As long as you can extract the data as .gpx or .csv, you should be able to import and overlay it in Dashware

You need to import your video and data from your lap timer/data logger, sync the two, then select the gauges you want to display and link them to the data.
