I have been living with those type thoughts for months, and believe me, its horrible and life just past by. I'm sorry to hear that you were passing for those same things. 1:06 those right there is literally what I be asking myself bc I was in the same path 10 or 11 years ago. I lack self-confidence and I'm a downer of myself and I used to look at myself in the mirror and talk really bad about how I look and why I'm like this. All those things come back to me and I hated every bit of it. Don't give up on urself, ask urself questions like "what should I do to improve myself?", "is there anything I can do to help myself better?", "do I really have to doubt myself forever?" Hell, I got very pissed at myself and became s**c*dal (I had to censor it so I don't trigger ppl) for 3 years from 2016-2019 and that made me feel like I'm in hell. I worry a bunch with lots of fear over losing someone or something and my mental health doesn't always become stable all the time. If I were u, don't give up on both life and urself. Become a strong octoling irl that u r and fight ur way through!

Take some time for yourself my friend, creating shouldn't become a pressure. Do what you love and we'll love it too!~

I do hope you see this! Almost everything in your video you mentioned I have the exact same issues with (feeling down, mad or upset with myself, etc), which is why this hit home for me. Being in the military certainly doesn't help mentally, but having my audience to come back to at the end of the day always makes me feel better. You've already made a step in the right direction by acknowledging the things that you're feeling, and knowing that it's all in your head. "You are your own worst critic". Sometimes taking a step back and reorienting yourself is the best option for your mental health. I just got to say Octomia, that I’m the same too. I literally had little to no self-confidence and had lots of self negative thoughts and just thought about the past of me getting a honor roll in my elementary and now look at me. I literally don’t have any self confidence.(Also this is me right now btw) so I would like any support if anyone wants to say somethin.
