Everyone in the "gun industry" should be held to a higher standard. These are firearms we're talking about. We should also be striving to do better than our last. That means we have to admit to mistakes. Apologize, learn, and move on. I've started noticing these things with those in the Leviathan Group.
We’ve got some growing and maturing to do.
As a whole community, ABSOLUTELY we need to do better. Unfortunately we still have some cliques of people blindly supporting (and sending $ to) organizations like the NRA and USCCA. Remember, Jared *doubled down* on his USCCA stance before he finally stopped running their ads. There are people still paying their monthly membership dues to USCCA even after the fallout from one youtuber (Dan from Heavy Duty Country) publicly reading some of their contract stipulations word-for-word after details of a couple prominent court cases were released to the public. We later find out they're bailing on their customers and they even wrote their own "insurance" plan in the contract, saying that they reserve the right to sue you in civil court to reimburse their legal fees if you're convicted (aka: they lose your case). If Jon will allow it, I'd like to do a full breakdown of USCCA failure and how problematic sponsors SHOULD be handled in the firearm community. Dan is a prime example. He made a mistake, he publicly apologized for not doing his due diligence before running them as a sponsor and then got a refund for everyone that wanted one as well as providing a proper alternative for people to support and closed out by explaining why they are better.

Anytime I see a guntuber shilling for black rifle coffee I like to remind them they are actual nazis who are trying to keep an air of deniability, 9/10 they already know. They regularly hire self claimed nazis and even have a line of coffee called SS.
