Post edit Diamond here, 1 thing I wanted to clarify (for those that got that far and maybe caught it) The trader cooldown timer adds 1 new mission each time that timer reaches 0, it will do that even if you have only done 1 of the 6 quests available to you. You do 1, the book has 5, timer expires, the book will have 6 again, in the video I explained it in a way making it seems like you have to empty the book of quests to see new ones appear, but that's a misnomer, if you aren't on cooldown and there are fewer than 6 quests available, each time the Trader cooldown timer reaches 0 it will populate the book with 1 new one with each cycle of the respective timer until it has 6 again. This applies to the phone and notice board timers too in their own way. There I think that clears that up :)

It's not the game that's acting up I have multiple massive bases in my open world game and tons of animals(pets) running around and I have no issues with lag or crashes at all or frame rate. I run on epic everything for graphics and average over 300 fps with my massive open world game play. I'm thinking it's a setting or your pc is bottlenecked, but I would need to know your pc specs to give you a better answer as to what's happening for you.
