This is one of the 3 floors at an elderly housing condo that hasn’t been cleaned in 5 years ! . We will be stripping this down all the way to remove years worth of dirt and scratches from this neglected floor . We applied two coats of sealer and 4 coats of high gloss wax . Client never had this ceramic tile professionally cleaned . They have tried everything and couldn’t get the grout clean . This one was a challenge but it came out nice !

One of are long time clients wanted his lvp flooring cleaned . We had upsold him on a protectant for the floors . These floors were about 5 years or a little more older .
