Looked this up on a whim, see if anyone made videos that year. I was the one carrying the large main wreath to be placed at the center piece by the flags. This might be a stretch but would you by chance have photos/videos of that moment? I sadly never got any as that was my last major CAP (civil air patrol) event before moving to Texas. If you do by chance have photos I could give you my social to message me, if that’s okay? I never use it anyways.
