I totally agree your emphasize on the importance of Data Analytics for accounting programs. However, please use Business Intelligence if you are referring to the topic explained in this video. Too often Data Analysis and Business Intelligence are seen as near synonyms. They are not. Power BI is a great (low-code/no-code) tool for Business Analysis, but for Data Analysis you need statistical high-end programming skills. It would be great if more CPA professionals will use Microsoft Power BI, as they now use Excel: great tool with to many options but enough options to use for business intelligence insights.

So, in terms of a gain on selling non-cash assets. How would you journalize that entry? I got Debit Cash $$, Capital A $, Capital B $, and Credit Non-cash Asset $$ or is the set up the same for a gain or loss?. I am just not sure what the other account should be. Since it is a gain, this is regarding the first question for the HW. Thank you again for your help.
