We were playing best ball so I dropped it where Patrick’s ball was because we were using his. We took Zach’s ball and patrick hit it first so Zach just puts it close to where Patrick hit so it is a natty eagle
Hold further down the shaft and be a bit more over the ball. On your down swing feel like you are dropping the head of the club a bit. I'm no pro but hope this helps
Knees are too bent at address. Too much movement in the feet in the backswing. Keep that front foot down. At address make sure you’re on the balls of your feet so you can stay balanced through the swing. Curl your toes up to get the feel for this.

His hands are to close to his body thereby destroying his swing.
