I have a question with this seacock. I have one of similar and the plastic handle broke off. It looks like in your video you can remove the 4 bolts without it leaking? Is this correct. Mine is adhered to the hull so I'm not sure if those 4 bolts come out will it leak? Thanks

Finally, I find out what the little white plug with o ring is for. Thanks. I always pull from handle during winter because I thought it was some sort of drain plug.

You should avoid filling if you don't have capacity, but if you think you might overfill, just loosen cap and lift out to stop as needed!
