This song is like: my first soul slipped up into heaven and God gave me a new one. And although a bit sleezy, we made the best of friends, body and soul, adopted as if it were my own.

This song reminds me of the many times in my long career when I was put in an awkward situation. Even if the boss knows the real truth (should he or she care to know [We are all highly-qualified professionals]), it still feels awkward and kind of embarrassing. But see it as a sacrifice one makes to do his or her job serving other’s needs. In the end though, an extremely great reward awaits you.

I saw Round Eye at a tiny little venue about two weeks before this in the States on their tour, and it was by far the best show I’ve ever been to (despite the crowd only being made up of about five people). Round Eye absolutely rocks, thank you for posting this full set video!
