Severene Predator 125 Windfoil
This video was at 75 cent beach, Shell Key Fl on 2-13. NNW wind 20- 25 mph. I didn't have much company there on this day. I was on my Severne 125 Predator and Freek 4.4

OBX Wind, long distance race in Avon, NC 2023. My equiptment was Severne Fox 120 and Severne Freek 5.2 Plus a clip of some fun sailing the next day!

We were out in the am, the wind was supposed to come more throughout the day so we got out early and sailed as long as we could. I was on 5.2 Severne freek and 105 Severne Dyno. It was probably 4.4 by the end of the day. Just absolutely great Hatteras day to cap off my week down there!

This annual event takes place in Avon, NC. This video contains excerpts from heat one. Close to 150 competitors raced to the outside mark twice and then to the finish for a total of twelve miles. I made custom mount for the rear of my wind foiling board. It attaches to spare footstrap screw holes and the camera is 6 ft back. I think that it is a nice change from the same views we have seen. Nice! What did you think of 75 cent? Foiling there can be tricky with the boat channel and the shallow areas outside of it by the launch.
I love it. If I have power there is no issue, but I was under powered the other day in a southwest and kept getting caught between the bridge and the shallows.
@@nsopceo ahhh yeah, hopefully the current isn't too bad. It can either drag you under the bridge when underpowered or push towards the gulf. At least so far my slogging speed is above the current just a little.
