Elle favorise la concentration sur une tรขche en la segmentant en courtes pรฉriodes permettant ainsi dโ€™atteindre avec satisfaction des rรฉsultats concrets rapidement. ร€ essayer si vous nโ€™arrivez pas ร  finaliser vos nombreux travaux en attente.
Comment procรฉder
1. ร‰crire les tรขches ร  effectuer sur votre liste (lectures ร  faire, exercices, rรฉsumรฉs de cours, rapports, etc.)
2. Rรฉgler le minuteur ร  25 minutes.
3. Travailler sur la premiรจre tรขche sans interruption jusqu'ร  la sonnerie du minuteur, soit 25 minutes. Durant cette pรฉriode on sโ€™efforce de ne pas se laisser distraire (pas de tรฉlรฉphone, ordinateur, jeux vidรฉo, conversation avec le coloc. etc.) afin de rester concentrรฉ uniquement sur la tรขche ciblรฉe.
Prendre une pause de 5 minutes aprรจs la premiรจre pรฉriode de 25 minutes.
4. Travailler sur la tรขche pendant une deuxiรจme pรฉriode de 25 minutes sans interruption, suivie dโ€™une pause de 5 minutes. Rรฉpรฉtez cette sรฉquence une troisiรจme fois pour la mรชme tรขche ou la suivante.
5. Aprรจs la quatriรจme pรฉriode de 25 minutes de travail, sโ€™accorder une pause plus longue, soit de 15 ร  30 minutes.
Recommencer le cycle des 4 ยซ tomates ยป jusquโ€™ร  ce que les tรขches sur votre liste soient rรฉalisรฉes.

      @@laughingbuddhafilms Yes, you certainly can use mesquite or lucuma or aรงai powder instead of cacao ... keep in mind because of the color of the dates and walnuts your finish product will be a shade of brown. Remember to take a note of the amount you use. You might want to tweak it depending on the superfood and the flavor you would like. The fantasic part is what you make is what you get, easy to add more powder if need be. Have fun experimenting!๐Ÿ˜Š

      Mine do ๐Ÿ˜Š, have you tried the Naked Oat from Real Raw Food? realrawfood.com/products/oats-hulless Usually oats are heated, so they cannot sprout. These are also called Naked Oats and grow without hulls, so they aren't damaged or killed by de-hulling. These oats are grown in fields that are not used in crop rotations for wheat, barley, triticale, rye, or any related species (spelt, etc.) for at least 3 years, and the majority of our fields have been dedicated gluten free for 10+ years. All of our facilities and milling equipment are dedicated to gluten-free crops. In addition to these rigorous standards, we test our oats for gluten contamination after harvest and again after milling. We test our oats using an ELISA enzyme test which is approved for gluten-free food manufacturers. Our oats consistently test negative for gluten - below the detectable level of 10 ppm.

    I keep the grapefruit skins and lemon skins to make homemade quinine, which is awesome for lung health and also repels mosquitoes when ingested. I live in south Georgia, the mosquito capitol of the US and haven't had one bite me in years.

If I were to purchase each of those items, there is no way I could consume them all before they go bad, and I absolutely loathe wasting food. I started making my own dressings/marinades/sauces years ago and love preparing them. I never have a problem consuming them either as they're gone in 3-4 days, sometimes sooner.       Bonjour ๐Ÿ˜Š Refrigerated 5 days. That is if your fridge temperature is at less then 4 Celcius. Between 2-4 Celcius is ideal.
