On the 15 th of May 2023, I had gone for breakfast with my son and my family , we were settling in our places to start having breakfast and my son one and the half year old was having abdominal redness which was causing pain and was in a lot of distress. A foreigner came with an Indian partner (the hotel didn't give us the identity instead of they verbally physically abusing us and also abusing us on the basis of religion, which I will share now). He came to our table and said that fix your son or get lost, taken aback by this , may parents in law told to him that this is a place for all those who have paid for the facility and you can't talk to other guests like this and told him to that there are other tables he can go to if he is feeling so, because all the other people around us were comfortable and having breakfast without any issues. The foreigner started calling our women b***ch approx 10 times after abusing my son (his only way to communicate is my making sounds as other children of this age do, who can not speak) . After that, the foreigner hit my mother on her nose. She asked the staff for ice, but they didn't even bother to give. The staff was not bothered to intervene. We were guests too , in fact we booked and paid for 2 rooms which costed 27 k . Then the foreigner started abusing my husband when he came and asked what you just said to my mom and dad . He repeated what he said and abused us on the basis of religion and threatening us to hurt us and rip beards of our men's faces. All this was observed by the staff of the hotel. My husband also complained about this to the hotel manager, who was available at that time. She just listened and didn't take the complaint in account and superficially acted empathetic and cold shouldered us cunningly until our checkout time had come, which she knew about. Finally, they let the abuser get away with all this, helping him and supporting him by guiding him on what to do that is when my husband told that abuser that he is calling the police he ran away so the management may have told him to go away and comeback and 3 o clock so that we had gone away. The hotel made sure of that by calling us at 12 and showing no signs of empathy or acknowledgment of the issue and just asking when we were leaving. At the time of leaving, the manager lady fake promised us to speak to the abuser and take is apology for abusing us in public and then delivered it (sarcasm) by not even calling as she promised at 5 pm but ignoring our calls.
