Hello everyone welcome to my UA-cam Channel .I am here to share you my simple life style. I am gonna share you guys my simple routine for my everyday life which is called TRAVEL,FOOD,COOKING AND CREATIONS.I am also sharing a recipes that are home made Cake Bread &Pastry .To add more value to my viewers ,I have worked some recipe that is simple and easy to make.

Super Easy Royal Bibingka (Glutinous Rice Cake ) Recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous (sweet) rice flour
1/2 cup sugar (add 1/4 cup more if you prefer it sweeter)
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
3 eggs
1 cup young coconut meat or macapuno strings
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (plus 1/4 cup for toppings)
3-4 tbsp melted butter or margarine
Instructions:
1. Using a wide bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar. Do a quick stir to combine. Add coconut milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract and eggs. Whisk together until batter is smooth and fully blended. Add young coconut meat or macapuno strings and grated cheese. Gently fold the mixture using a spatula until well combined.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the muffins tins with muffin liners. Pour rice batter into the moulder or pan and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is set.
3. Take out the bibingka from the oven and brush generously with melted butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven. Bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is golden brown.
4. Remove bibingka from the oven and brush again with butter if needed. Allow to cool down before serving. Serve with hot tea or your favorite cold beverage. Enjoy! #food #eat #royalbibingka #glutinousricecakerecipe #bibingkarecipe #bibingka

Beautiful, is this in the air fryer?
The video does not state this but there seems to be a bulk ferment after the last fold and before the final shaping. The volume of dough is larger, maybe by 60-80%. (This usually would take more than 40 minutes.)
What does your starter consist of? I've had my starter since 2021 and i feed mine potato flakes & sugar & it doesn't look like yours so i know mine isn't the same as yours lol...

wow this bread is beautiful! How do you normally eat this? With just butter? I live in a small city so pandan leaves is pretty difficult to find. Do you think I could add extract to the 300g water?
We eat it with just butter. I'm not sure about the liquid pandan, give it a try ,should be work.

@@LhensCakesCorner Hi your recipe came out beautifully! Thank you so much! I did use the pandan liquid and it has a very nice smell but not anything like real pandan! I will try to get the leaves and try again :)

Flavorful
500 grams of flour is equal to 4 cups of flour. Mine came out too wet and so I had to add about a cup more flour. You may want to revise your recipe. They are fabulous other than that! Thank you for posting!
