It isn't an evil spirit..... it's a neurological disorder that causes uncontrollable movements and sounds/phrases that are also called tics.
The cursing and other unwanted phrases like "There's Vaginas hanging from the White House" are actually due to Coprolalia. Which is common with people who have Tourettes Syndrome but not everyone with Tourettes has Coprolalia

If you were lost and alone in the world i would take care of you. it doesn't matter who you are i like you for who you are and your condition doesn't bother me, if anything it makes me feel better cuz i sometimes say weird and absurd things but not the way you do. i think you're awesome and never change. much luv❤
