What's the difference between "original artist" & "primary artist"?

The app seems excellent, but it amazes me how there is zero guidance about how to go about obtaining ids. I mean nothing. And it’s an essential step! I’ve uploaded my songs on Session Studios, Bandcamp, and SoundCloud, but how can I utilize session studios main purpose of assuring proper credit and monetization when it offers zero guidance on obtaining ids! It’s quite frustrating.

I also watched your video with Rick Beato and found my way here. I watch just about every video Rick puts out it is invaluable information to have! I wish there was something like this 40 years ago! I had a couple tunes swiped back then before the copyright stage and never got paid! Awesome details in video! Do you also have a way to send in for copyrights with S.S. app?

Hi and what a great tool. I saw your interview with Rick Beato and it's led me here. I downloaded the app and I am eager to get started. I've been writing & producing my own music since the 80s and I've sound copyrighted my material since then but no one has ever made this not so exciting part of the business so clear. Can you recommend a PRO for the US to get started using this amazing app?

I really find this app interesting but don't really know how to go about it, does this on work on protools?. I'm I'm using Cubase, I'm an artist, songwriter and mix Engineer. Writing from Nigeria 🇳🇬

Does Session give an IPI after registration?

I'm in. I'm tired of IMRO pretending they tell us to trust them and yet I know for a fact I wasn't getting my royalties. This App is a gamechanger.

Got on board today. This is a handy tool.

That is the most ridiculous piece of crap I've ever heard, so we are supposed to be clairvoyant and know who plays what and who is a singer or lyricist, and know instinctively their user name and/or email address to invite, there is NO community to post the share link to, there is NO members search on talent, all there is, is just an invite button, that you're supposed to know the entire website members list. To be able to invite people, there should be a members search on talent, which means if I upload a demo mix and some stems, which need a vocalist, then press the invite, I should be able to search for members that are vocalists, hear a demo of what he/she sounds like, and If I like what I hear, then invite them to the project. For collaborators of music? Sessionstudio is NOT the way to go. IT sucks big time.

Great idea but Crap website, you need to explain the process more directly rather than marketing talk and images. once some one signs up , have clear and concise instructions and properly describe feature sets and hot to use it.

is there any way of changing the order of the songs before or after release? I want them in a specific order for an album.

Love the concept, but your website is horrible about explaining HOW things work and HOW to work your process.. I am A mixing Engineer that works with artists around the country. no one I have refered to this can figure out how to use this.. fire all the marketing people that built the website with the silly pictures of people working and do actual " this is HOW it Works" "This is HOW you use it" pages, refereals to youtube videos is the laziest way. There is NO technical information on how to use or how it works on your website. Fix that and were talking.
