Hello, thanks for you video. I have a friend in Morocc applying on the BLS website for student visa. When they have tried to book an appointment 10am every Sunday no appointment slots show as available. They have heard that 3rd party companies book these appointment & then are charging 10 x the visa to give you an appointment. When I have researched this company they have a reputation for this type of thing happening & also trying to charge applicants for things which are included in the visa fee. Is this something you are aware of and do you know where is the best place to complain about this?
