How do you keep the hydrangea flowers from wilting? Mine wilt after da 1.
I use Alum, it is a pickling spice. Just put it on a plate and then dip the stem into it and then put in the vase. Let me know how it goes. You will see I have a video on this also.

When I worked for a florist all her bouquets were hand tied which makes a big difference as you’ve shown with the tulips. Another great video thanks to share to garden clubs.
You say to make sure there are no leaves on your stems yet you put 2 aspidistra leaves to hide your stems. Seen this said a couple of times by other florists. How does that go?
I find as long as you change the water regularly these leaves are ok to use.

So pretty 😍 But question... Why do the leaves need to be cut off for bacteria, but gigantic decorative leaves can be completely submerged in the water??? 😕⁉️
