Not bad. However, if its a "smart home" why not install USB outlets? The staging could be improved. The shower did not appear to be enclosed, walk in French style.

Twenty some plus odd years ago this was the site of the Amoco Galeota School. I attended school there. Wow. I cant believe it was torn down.vSo many memories.

It's funny. The term introduced here is "transit-oriented development". But what I'm also hearing is very much connected to the idea of person-centred development, because that's really the goal. When we think about people first-the diversity of the groups who live here and their needs-we would also make transit routes that make more sense to and for the people using them. I hope people like her can have more access to decision making spaces to help really lead progressive development locally. Too few of the people making decisions in this place seem to be tapping into the knowledge and expertise of those who know better. Lovely chat, really appreciate Katherine's contributions.

Good discussion. It has been shown many times that providing transport infrastructure such air conditioned buses with WiFi that run frequently and physically segregated pedestrian and cycling lanes will reduce the number of trips done by car. Building more or wider roads will eventually only generate more traffic.

Would love to hear more on the role of town & country and the regional corporation in respect to building codes and land use.
