If you spray a garage, it must have 5/8” drywall for carbon monoxide from vehicles and a proper fire barrier. 1/2” is fine for the rest of the house. I put EIFS on my entire outside and gained R14 to the R20 in the walls already. But my walls already had drywall on them!

The house is nice but i think you can do much better by showing us the flow of theroons from each other. You can't just appear inside a room. Where is the bedroom , ist by the main entrance? Or by the kitchen?
