I got into them in the last month from Stalk's discord activity and got so happy to see you had actually included them in an Unheard Of! I'd love to hear your take on The Bear or The Fox and the Bird (the song).

Would you mind checking out The Mercury Tree on a future episode? :D They are a really experimental rock band! Their newer stuff showcases microtonality, where they use 17 notes per octave instead of the usual 12! Their newest album, "Self Similar" came out in 2023 and is makes for a great listen! If you'd like something more in the area of 12, you might enjoy their Permutations LP! I'd personally recommend tracks like "Similar Self", "Unintelligible" or "Ark of an Ilk".

Now here is a rather peculiar thing. Having read gig reviews (in Prog mag) on Caligulas Horse and Exploring Birdsong, I bought Cds by both, really enjoying them both. This morning, Iook up Exploring Birdsong on You Tube and end up finding this vid ! May both bands continue to musically excite me and many others.

There's a guy (or a band?) called Serval on Spotify with only 114 listeners, but they dropped an amazing 6 song prog metal/rock EP in 2022. You should really check it out cause it's criminally underrated, excellent production quality and everything. Either way, cool concept for streams, unheard of is a great name too lol
