this is such a wonderful video! i found it both relaxing and very informative. i love having my hair long, but every few years i do a big chop to shake things up. definitely considering trying extensions next time i do so! i hope you post more content like this in the future :)

Is there a lift up to Carmel's spa? I'm a wheelchair user who's keen to visit
Hey Ian unfortunately there is not the second staircase is listed and we’re not allowed to adapt it but we are always brainstorming and hopefully soon we will come up with an idea! The first floor though is completely wheel chair friendly from the double doors to enter, the bathroom and the space to move all around comfortably ❤
