I thought the pot was supposed to go through the brush without having to detach it from the base… I just bought one and returned it because it wouldn’t go into the brush… Maybe it was just never meant to go through the brush… I did not want to detach the brush from the pot with the powder in it…. I don’t like that ya have to put the brush in a pot full of powder … like I said thought the powder was supposed to feed through to the brush to where if you were out and about it would like get all over .

Hi Mary 👋. I ordered that box ONCE! You can save a LOT of time in searching for the product and prices... They're all on TEMU! Some people like this box. I'm just not one of them.. 🤷🏻‍♀️. They do have great packaging, and things are sealed well. 😊

That stuff is from tenu.

First,it is not going to lighten your hair. It's a conditioner. Secondly,parts of your hair were not light enough in the first place for this product to do anything. The purple in this product is meant to neutralize yellow tones,but just like hair toners your hair must be at a certain level of lightness for t to work. The only way to get rid of your darker brassier ends is to lighten them with bleach then tone.
