How did you make to play Rivals+ 4.0 in 60fps without the velocimeter bug?
probably using fps unlocker mod with frosty mod manager, or you can add additional settings to make the game running at 60fps

Yes they are, but you will need to workout using Frosty Editor.

dont be tricked by that, Rivals is the most underated game on the series, it is better than anything that has came after
Somewhat better than 2015 even though i like 2015 way better than payback a bit wors than heat and definitely better than unbound.

I don't think itll ever happen because the development studio for this game has been shutdown

@@WeebBountyHunter They we're not shut down, they we're merged into one company which Criterion had the balls to make any NFS game. Only Black Box shut down 10 years ago, before the release of Rivals.
