hi i did change the AS5 on te ram chips in the end for AS Alumina Adhesive

hi i just reflow the one time using the super flux no need to do again .as for the quick chip i don't use them so i could not comment on them

Also.... I have heard some great things about the Super Flux that you are using. I have yet to get any but will soon. I use ChipQuik for reflows and attachments and Kingbo for Removals and Clean-up... What is your take on comparison of Super Flux VS. ChipQuik. Thanks Again !!!

Great Video !!! I am as well a BGA Technician and reball many PS3's, Laptops and XBox 360's. My question to you is ..... How many times do you reflow the PS3 RSX after chip attachment. I reflow 1 time after but some people do 2 times. I also see that you use AS5 for all 4 ram chips and the dye. I use AS5 for the dye and AS Alumina Adhesive for the ram chips. What is your take on this? Thanks for your time !!!
