Nothing special, there are much better places in Sarajevo to stay at. To expensive and no luxury.

these people are hypocrites. they shut their door at my face when i needed help. i only asked to stay and relax for five minutes because i had escaped a very bad situation and they kicked me out. they have these smiles on their faces and look so kind but they are terrible inside.

EXTREMELY poor customer service and ambiguous T&C!! I have booked their apartment but have to cancel it due to holiday trip being cancelled. While the free cancellation policy is up to 7 days prior to arrival, any common understanding will count 7 days before the arrival date. I did the cancellation on the 29 Mar which turns out to be exactly 7 days of notice period before our arrival 5 Apr (counting from 29 Mar to 30 Mar considered as 1 day). However, their explanation seems otherwise and my refund request was rejected as I have to do it on or before 28 Mar. The term "up to 7 days before arrival" is very ambiguous and no further explanation was given. Totally RIDICULOUS!!
