Cake:
2/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup macadamia nut (can use walnuts or pecan nuts or whatever u like )
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions: mix all of the cake ingredients together and put in a 9 x 11 greased pan. mix all of the toppings together in a separate bowl and then sprinkle on the cake once it’s in the pan.
cover with foil and let it set overnight or a few hours in the fridge!
bake @ 350 for 30 - 35 mins.
