Effortless mastery
Reminds me of some of Nate Smith
This is just raw!!
Love this guy's range of lyricism and groove. Caught him live at the Boathouse in Kitchener two years ago. Superbly inspiring!
A lot of the tape
What talent!!! Is this a secret or has it actually only got 500 views?
Where can I find the full video?
Shariq is criminally underrated.... Btw someone mind explaining the phrasing to me?
Straight SAVAGE!!!!!
Shariq can play any style on any set up any kit. I’ve seen him play and rip the craziest random setups and his movement is all fluid all the time. Most drummers if they aren’t comfortable with their go to setup, it’s not as creative not as clean not as precise but shariq literally plays on anything and everything and destroys. Doesn’t make other drummers bad cause some drummers are VERY PARTICULAR about their signature setup and tuning like gavison Harrison or Chris Coleman have each said they are very picky about the gear they play and how it’s tuned and set up to the exact specifications of what they want, doesn’t mean those dudes can’t rip on any kit cause Gavin and Chris are two of the best in the world but other drummers can’t do that. Not a flaw against drummers who can’t but it’s pretty amazing to see shariq destroy any set up and is always switching his own set up. Ronald Bruner is another dude who always changes his set up and kills it every time. Ronald even said he does the most random thing that no one else does, then people start doing that, then he switches again to be unique and it goes on and on since drummers always influence each other with their setups and sounds
Great point! He can play anything.
killin...........
Yyayy reupload
🔥🔥🔥
This is killin so hard😱
Man I love shariqs style its so gritty and smooth at the same time. His timing is unmistakable
I see a lot of Nate Smith influence in him
Why did you remove the other vid of them?
Andre Cunningham The band requested the previous video be removed. We are also heartbroken. However a clip of the drum solo will be posted and more videos of these same musicians are in the works !
