This is The North Rocks, a music project started by Hubert Hoogeveen in September 2020. On a quest to find his own sound and voice he released and deleted a lot of songs and albums between 2020 and 2024. Finally, in December 2024 a real official debut album entered the charts : BEACONS.

The recording quality is best here out of the rest, idk why but i can turn the volume up all the way here and its crystal clear. Great song. Feel like I'm gonna hear this in an indie film someday.
