    I have never written any patterns but here goes nothing! For the skull only: Row#1: mgc, ch2, 9dc, tighten the mgc a tiny bit, ch5, dc, ch3, dc, ch5 Row#2: slst into the 2nd dc of the 1st round, ch1, 8sc, 6sc into the first eye(gap), slst into the next gap(nose), ch2, 2dc into the gap(nose), ch2, slst into the same place(nose), 6sc into the next gap(the second eye) slst into the 1st sc of row#2 and fasten off!

    Isn't the best tutorial but still works if you are more intermediate level to crochet

    incredible tutorial!!! thank you so much for sharing! this was the only tutorial i've been able to follow for this pattern, and i'm so thankful you posted it!

    I'm stupid because I can not follow this. I suppose I need in person teaching 😟

      @crochetbyj-mj2ke 2 місяці тому

      No, you’re not stupid! <3 I’m sorry my tutorial wasn’t very helpful, but if you’re a new crocheter there’s a really great channel called BellaCoco that has a lot of really detailed easy tutorials and even a beginner series that goes over all of the stitches and everything! :)

      @crochetbyj-mj2ke 2 місяці тому

      BellaCoco’s channel was what I used to learn in the beginning and it’s really great for seeing the stitches up close. I hope that can help you!

    Doesn't show much detail as far as braking in down for beginners. Ones that have no clue but want to learn. Not the best tutorial

    I made it too tight but idk how the first round fit my hand comfortably but as soon as i started the fishnet pattern it became more and more tighter Edit: so it seems i skipped a few stiches when i was making the sc and restarted it whole, and it looks better now!

      I’m glad you were able to fix it! :) Honestly, I was having trouble with that too when I was first experimenting with making the gloves haha. 🤣

      @crochetbyj-mj2ke and as a beginner who used black yarn for this single stiches were so hard to see 😭

      I'm probably gonna make another pair with thinner string, mine was really thick

      Yay! I’m so glad to hear that!! :D And I think a thinner thread would probably be really good, lmk how they turn out if you end up making a thinner pair. :)

    This granny square is so easy to follow! One question…what size should a square block-out to? Thank you!

    • @crochetbyj-mj2ke
      @crochetbyj-mj2ke 6 місяців тому

      @@KathleenCasey-q6q I’m glad you liked the tutorial! :) With the yarn I used the squares ended up being about 4.5 inches by 4.5 inches, but depending on the yarn choice, they’ll average out to about 4-5 inches in width and height.

    How would I put them all together to make a blanket

    • @crochetbyj-mj2ke
      @crochetbyj-mj2ke 11 місяців тому

      You would have to stitch them together with a darning needle, or connect them all with single crochets. I recommend the mattress stitch because the seam ends up invisible. Meema Makes has a really good tutorial on this! :D m.ua-cam.com/video/tq5V4KXGgx0/v-deo.html

    Hey, great video, thanks! Just one question, did you cut the yarn after the skullface was finished? I mean right after the last slip-stitch for the skullface?

    • @crochetbyj-mj2ke
      @crochetbyj-mj2ke 11 місяців тому

      After the last slip-stitch I chained one, cut it off, and tightened the chain stitch a little bit. I realized after I uploaded the video that I forgot to include that part 😅.
