Grab your Kettlebells & Skipping rope HIIT WORKOUT
Keep it simple and effective.
45 secs work to 15sec rest ratio with the aim of 4 rounds of the workout. It can be a stand alone session or a great workout finisher.
You’ll need a skipping rope and two kettlebells.
The exercises are:
1. Skipping
2. Kettle bell figure 8
3. Double kettlebell squats
4. 8 Heel kicks into double jab double hooks
5. Kettle bell renegade rows
6. 5 Jump jacks into 6 alternating knee drives
7. Kettlebell Russian twists
8. Full range sit ups
9. Kettlebell swings

The 15-2-15 pyramid workout is a combination of a descending to ascending protocol. There are two exercises I’m using to demonstrate the workout, a double jab/low kick combo for exercise 1 and mountain climbers for exercise 2. Round 1 starts with 15 reps of each of the exercises, and because it’s the descending part we reduce by 1 rep so round 2 is 14 reps, then 13,12,11,10 etc etc all the way ...
