One approach that might help is to consciously pick and choose the information that you consume. Much like how you enjoy the videos about restoring old cars, continue consuming media and information that brings you joy and uplifts you, whether it's podcasts, books, or videos. We also say find some techniques that can help you stay grounded so that you can find powerful ways to tune out the negativity and not let it shake you mentally or emotionally. And this looks different for everyone - for you, it might be watching the videos about restoring old cars to help you re-center, for some, it might be meditating or taking a walk in nature. Regarding the education system, this is definitely a tough one because it’s seen in so many countries. Try to shift your focus to the positive and send out positive energy to the education system with the intention that it will improve and develop children in a way that is for their greatest and highest good. The power of intention is so powerful! We just want to say, please continue finding those little things that make you happy because that’s the best buffer to negativity!
