Please be careful when boarding up vacant buildings. Other living creatures may be living in them and will die a horrible death with no food or water. Thank you for the work you are doing.
While you may be doing a good deed, totally boarding up houses without checking for defenseless animals, you are killing them without knowing it. Leave a small opening so they have a place to get out.
When boarding up vacant houses you must check to see if they are inhabited by living creatures who may become trapped without food or water. Lucky for some it was discovered that they were trapped before it was too late. Leave small exit holes for prevent this from happing in the future.
While your hearts are in the right place to help heal a blighted area of the city, please remember where humans have left, other of God's creatures have probably taken shelter there. You irresponsibly boarded up this building leaving many cats inside the building with no escape and no access to food or water. When you go in to an area for this very good deed, PLEASE make sure you are not causing more harm. Check with rescuers and/or trappers to make sure you are not sentencing more of God's creatures to death in a most inhumane manner. If a rescuer had not noticed your handiwork, many cats would have starved to death in this building because of your short-sighted enthusiasm. Those cats were also left behind by humans and their care and well-being are also our responsibility.....not just the repair of property.
Why are you boarding up buildings with cats trapped inside, who then have with no access to water or escape route?! You should be charged with animal abuse!
You boarded up cats to suffer and die inside the house at Hunter and Hummel in the HEAT with no access to water or escape route! You have done this elsewhere! What is the phone number to get a hold of your leader????FAIL.As you do unto the least of them so you do unto me...….
