Interdependent Study
United States
Приєднався 24 тра 2021
Class is in session. Interdependent Study is about the learning and unlearning work for social justice and collective liberation.
Interdependent Study is hosted by Damien Franze, an angry Black man from Baltimore who wears his heart on his sleeve, and Aaron Hood, an angry white man from Florida who is always thinking. We’re two friends who work in education and share a commitment to social justice.
We believe that we are always learning; always arriving. People constantly learn and unlearn by reflecting on their experiences. Interdependent Study is designed to be a community for this work.

Thank you! I always enjoy the podcast but this week especially
Thank you so much for listening! Glad this one spoke to you a little more.
Thank you!
Back with another one🎉 the religious connection reminded me of this lecture: ua-cam.com/video/0mSL_3uLWJE/v-deo.htmlsi=c-xdbAiJJL4IGCx8 Also very good, recommended. Thank you!
I, too, am grateful for your podcast 😊 I think folks fear change & the unknown. But I think also, there are many who like their privilege & have no interest in giving it up. They are my fear.
Yay! Thank you for another great episode ❤
Just stumbled upon this channel from the algo.. thank you for this!
Welcome and thanks for checking out our podcast!
I’m a racist and a fascist and I’m doing just fine thank you
Ew.
Thank you! I am a reader & fan (seems like a dumb word in regards to her work, but here we are) of Toni Morrison's novels but I didn't know about this, thank you so much.
Yeah fan doesn't seem to fit when we're talking about authors like Toni Morrison does it?
@@interdependentstudy yes, it is inadequate
Thanks guys! Love your channel!
Thank you!
Thank you for the podcast!
Thank you for the podcast & have a great week!
Poor Louisiana. They are also dealing with a horrible environmental disaster after that refinery fire. Thank you, as ever, your podcast always makes my week better!

Thank you!

Free Palestine. And thank you for another excellent episode!
Thanks for always watching/listening!
Great episode, thank you!
Thank you for talking about this!
Thank you! Great recommendation
Great one! Terry Pratchett is one of my favorite authors, check out the Vimes boot theory. His books are wonderful but that is a side note. Thank you for an awesome podcast.
The Vimes Boot Theory is a great illustration of how much more it costs to be poor in these so-called free markets!
Happy Birthday Damien🎉🎉
Great one as always, thank you
Thank you for listening!
Thanks for the podcast & Happy Birthday 🎉
Thank you for listening and the birthday wishes!
love that book
Agreed!
This is such a good conversation, I just wanted to give yall some engagement. Your channel is woefully under the radar. More people should be interested but unfortunately straightforward non sensational content doesn't do well on the internet. Especially talking about intersectionality in a compassionate way.
Thanks so much!
Thank you for such a great episode.
Thank you for listening!
Make your text placement better because I can’t read the fucking text under the caption
Sure thing Adrian. I wish it was easier to preview how this would look before we finished uploading too.
Wrong. And racist.
This title is bullshit😭😭
Ok! But gender affirming care in the form of hormone therapy reduces suicide ideation so forcing people who have medical reasons and medical research backing that decision means we would increase suicide which seems pretty violent. But have a great day warlord.
yall gotta get these views up...
Yep we sure do

Further: this principle projects through time; asserting that what happened to the long dead projects onto the guilt or victimhood of the living; even if the living never experienced it at all...........
