CTC EcoAir bearing replacement
This video shows how to change bearings in the fan to an air / water heat pump CTC-EcoAir model year 2015.
If your heat pump sounds abnormally high, it may be the bearings in the fan that are bad.
I forgot to film the fan before I changed the bearings.
But filmed how I put it together.
So if you are going to do this, you have to do it in reverse order.
Before you start, turn off the power to the fan.
In my case, the pump sounded abnormally much and it became much cheaper to fix this myself, the bearings cost approx. $ 30 in stead of replacing the entire fan, which costs approx. $ 1000.

Hej Tackar för att någon har lagt ut detta. Jag bytte idag lager på vår 406:a Vill delge mina svårigheter så hoppas jag bidrar lite. Det svåraste var att få av huset ifrån bladen. Det främre lagret var i riktigt dåligt skick. Hälften av kulorna var borta. Testade att hamra, inget hände. Tänker att jag måste ha en avdragare - skulle rekommendera det. Men dem kostar lite väl mkt. För denna dimension. Om man inte kan låna en. Så fick hjälp att hålla fläkten som ni tipsade om och fick slå hårt och ta en bult när axeln sjönk in. För att slå ut det hela. I mitt fall hade det främre lagret fastnar hårt i axeln. Men det gick, dock blev den bakre lagret kvar i axeln. Då behövs det en 😊 avdragare för det? Men den kändes ok, så jag slog ut den främre. Och monterade tillbaka allt. Inga missljud funkar… Jag köpte lager på biltema artnamn. 41-413 54.90 kr st. Så en ny fläkt kostar 10-13 tkr fundera på det😀

Nej, det är inte svårt. De sitter faktiskt inte så hårt som jag trodde. Går att ta bort med handkraft eller lätt knackande med gummiklubba. Bara till att mäta storleken på lagren och beställa nya.
De satt hårdare på min… men det gick att få loss. Mitt yttre lager hade havererat helt. Om någon gör detta och har tips på en avdragare som funkar för dom, skriv. Nu hör jag kompressorn! Men fläkten är knäpptyst. 🎉

I'm looking to make a foldable box using your concept for a temporary measure to keep my rabbits warm in the shed over winter, I'm looking for the butt hinges, what inch size are they, I saw 38mm and 51mm just not the inch size of them, I'm guessing that means the length or thickness, heheheh I'm a beginner
Hi! One inch is 25,4mm so you can take sizes that fits your needs.

Instead of heels you can use dowels , makes cutting the wood easier, same result - back flap hinges are 38mm need 6 and butt hinges 51mm need 12
relay its normally open or close ?
You need to use a relay to turn on more power from e.g. 12v socket (aux socket) in the luggage compartment. I did not get enough power to power the camera with the power going to the reverse lamp. You connect the relay so that when you set the gear lever in reverse, the relay receives power that turns on power to the camera. You take the power from the 12v socket to the relay and on to the camera.
Yeah I did that 😊camera works but that reverse light not working 🤷♂️

DON'T fit the mirror screen over your original internal mirror like I did or, you'll "kill" your internal mirror. Again, like I did!😞
tazdeveel I only put the LCD mirror over the original mirror and it works fine for me.

Hi! Nice garage gym you have and a great youtube channel! I've only made one for myself. I don't know what it might be worth to make one and send it to you. Only the material cost for it is approx. SEK1200 ($ 126) then it takes a few hours to manufacture it. I live in Sweden and if I send one to the US it costs about SEK 1150 ($ 120). Christian, if I wanted to run a cable from the passenger fuse box all the way to the back so that rear camera is always working, how do I remove or lift the roof lining just enough to run the wire? Is the lining velcroed to the roof structure?
Brian Min The side beams In plastic must be loosened, then you can lift slightly on the roof covering.

If there is many who are interested in this, then it could be built in aluminum instead. Then it will be lighter. But then it would be built in an factory, so the cost could be higher. It depends how many that would be build. The more the cheaper it will be.

Do you have to have the holes on the side??? Is the decor or stability? Also how much do you weigh ?
arianna may arianna may - 1.You don’t need to have the holes on the sides but then it will be heavier. 2. It is stable. 3. My weight is 75kg and it is 15mm thick. If you need it more stable you can increase the thickness on the top.

Yes, here is the measurements of my box. The big side: 70x60cm & smal side: 60x50cm the height is: 60cm and the topp: 62x58cm. Thickness:15mm

This is really cool! Being relatively handy but not very experienced with wood, what did you use to cut the "male" tab on the side wall? Would a circular saw have enough precision? And what's the plywood thickness?
I used a circular saw to cut the "male" tab on the side wall. And I used 15mm thick plywood. You can use a thicker plywood on top if you want. But then it's going to be heavier. It works good for me.
In the recesses I used drill and miter iron. To make them fit in their heels. If you have a hand mill you can use it.
