"Propaedudes: Unplugged" is a concept album that sprang from the fruits of the Propaedeutic Year at St. Paul Seminary. Silence, prayer, and the media fast created a unique and beautiful time to grow closer to the Lord and provided a space to be creative. Jam sessions and my looper pedal created the majority of this album. During our "phase-out" of the media fast, I got together with my fellow "Propaedudes" to record this using a minimal recording setup consisting of my laptop, Garageband, my looper pedal, and two microphones. I hope that this project gives you a taste of the joy and freedom that we experienced during this blessed time of formation. God Bless!
