I have been an archer and coach for over 30 years. I started shooting at 12, competing at 14 and won Outdoor Nationals at 16. Retired from competing for 13 years, but then came back to competing to rank in the top 20 in the USA for mens recurve senior division.
As a coach I started working at a JOAD when I was 15, became a Level 3 at 21 then a Level 4 at 25. I was a Junior Dream Team (JDT) coach for 8 years under the guidance of Coach Kisik Lee. Where I learned the value of the NTS system, and working with a variety of other archers, and coaches as a team. Over the years I have coached recurve and compound, kids and adults. Many of whom have made their way to RDT, JDT development and USAT teams.

Yes, excellent! As an Olympic recurve archer I set-up constantly at the 2 o'clock position at the 7/8 ring and then bring the aperture to the 10 ring. It works for me.

Yes I am still using it even though I have made significant modifications for my personal use.
It comes with all the screws, you might have dropped it while unpacking.
Bar clamps that wood workers use can be used the same way.
