The thing about Wemby's shot is that its always been good mechanics, he's always made these shots he takes. Does he force it sometimes? Sure. Is he taking more than optimal? Maybe, but he's not strong enough to get really good low post position and double teams are coming so fast for him its hard not to take wide open threes when you regularly get them as people are scared of letting you near the basket. Once the entire team is out there and other players can consistently shoot well, teams will have to respond and Wemby will have more space to operate. We haven't had any starter shooting 40%+ from three since Danny Green I think. If we can get a few of those guys, (Devin, Julian, Malakai, Mamu, Barnes are the first that should become that) that makes a huge difference for Wemby

The Spurs have yet to face anyone from the East, and that entire conference has been trash this year, so I am excited to get some games against those bad East teams. Wizards are the first one for us, and we should make sure to win that game

Yes, good shooting percentages!! No one besides Wemby scored more than 13 points, but lots of teammates in double figures. Is this type of game (King Wemby and his court) a fluke, an anomoly? Or is this the direction they are heading?

Great game tonight at the Frost Bank Center! Last two games Wemby has been a monster. Wemby was being outmuscled at the beginning of the game but finally got on a roll and let the game come to him and did not force any shots. Chris Paul has definitely influenced the team with his calm, tough demeaner and his great ball handling ability confidently guiding the team. Spurs are showing such positive signs.....Go Spurs Go!

Spurs are underrated Wemby played very well shot a good percentage and Vassell and Castle are awesome! Go Spurs Go!

Sochan could potentially by a DPOY candidate. Yes. He can. Castle is low key a great defender...and Vassell is a long great defender as well. By the all star break they will make up the starting five with Paul.

i dont hate that wemby tries to create on the perimeter, he is playing with at least 3 players at all times on the floor that are shooting below 30% from 3... wemby can shoot better so as the star he gon try to make it work by himself, and if he can get the paint open keldon and others can score

I usually dislike all videos with clickbait titles. I'm a big Spurs fan but... From looking at the outcome of the game, the Spurs looked like they were the ones "terrified" of the Jazz.

Wembys impact hasn’t led to wins yet. There has been some improvement in our overall defense. I’m excited for that but our team offense needs help. Sohan and Tre Jones being hurt is definitely being felt right now.

I think the craziest part about Wemby is how seeing him block 7 times is like "meh" now. Almost expected for him to get close to 10 blocks if teams try him

Blake Wesley has taken a major step forward this year and that isn't celebrated enough. He controls and uses his speed for his advantage much more, learned to stop on a dime to finish shots, doesn't lose the ball, is an incredible defensive player, and does it all on a very limited role/minutes. This is what we've been waiting for and I wish we could trade CP3 in the deadline and get Wesley more minutes to develop because my faith in him is stronger now than ever before

I am beginning to think that CP3 is slowing our long term development. I would rather he play 20 minutes a game to let the faster pace go most of the game. Wemby is suffering from the lower pace, and Castle and Wesley have been incredible so they should get more minutes

Wemby is a slow starter for games and the season. That's ok, we need him more on crunch time. Also this would give more opportunity to others than just wemby the whole game.
