If someone wonders: You can play it with 2x12 v30 at 4am (even in a small flat) and it actually sounds amazing (dual rectifier style) I was a little/ or maybe even more disappointed when I have opened up the volume later that day and it was much much brighter... lol/ But still, no master volume, no attenuator needed. It actually is almost exactly the same as my Marshall DSL1 in terms of volume and it sounds godly before the valves open up (the irony of it...)/ So yea... There's literally no reason not to pick up any big boy beasts, unless their volume knobs suck. 6262 infinium on my end; knobs feel very solid and easily controllable. I can easily set it @ 85db and below; whisper volume and it sounds as I have mentioned before, absolutely massive lol/ It's big and heavy @+-21 kg, looks fantastic/ For recording, I would go modellers, plugins, etc. for the ease, convenience and versatility but for practice and fun? Nothing else gives me personally so much fun. Actually almost everything digital after a while kills my will to play... I prefer the sound from modellers/plugins but it just rubs me in a wrong way, annoys and ultimately make dissatisfied with playing... go figure... I just wish the 6262 sounded as fat as before you open up the volume knob. I honestly thought I have finally found the amp of my dreams when I first played it super early in the morning... I still like it but... this is not what I've fallen in love with in the first place/. Actually I think the tone might be still there but I run my amps the worst way... all (except for gain and volume and reverb) at noon. I have fiddled with knobs and I think it was rather easy to actually make it very similar but my o.c.d. and probably other sh1te won't really let me set it this way lol I just need something naturally fat and muffled. Yea... I am messed up/ But still can't get my head round the fact that the amp sounds absolutely massive, full and bassy at super low volume and then brightens up a lot. But as I have said, equalisation knobs are very responsive and you can easily shape the tone you want. I still have a few days to make up my mind what to do with it. So far, two things bother me: 1. the footswitch is not available to buy anymore; when it craps out... you lose your channel switching ability and you cannot really substitibe it without anything else wildly available 2. I think a spring or preamp shield was rattling while standing on my 2x12 directly. It is supported with kitchen sponges now and the problem is gone but still... 3. When moving out... There's no way I am taking it with me lol... same for my 2x12; just too big and too heavy. But I would definitely buy 4x12 and big arse amp again if I had my own house/flat and didn't have a threat of being forced to move out. The magic of owing a 100 and above full valve amp is definitely real. The look of it alone is making me want to keep it...
Thank you sir. Usually All i ever hear on demos for these amps are detuned, grindcore, djent, breakdown playing set up all muddy stripped of all mids and tone. Your playing is full of phrasing and class allowing the amps tone too shine through. Great demo. I'm sold.
EXCELLENT DEMO - I recently discovered and now have a V22 in trade for a Fender I don't use BUT NOW thanks to your demo I also want the 6262 !! However I would have liked you go into more detail on the "tone settings" you used and changed them up a bit. Still a Great Demo - Thanks.
Daniel Sosulski My bad! I´m heavy/trash metal lover used to listen to Metallica, Pantera, Slayer, Messhugah...I'll start with AC/DC now hahaha. Nice samples btw, thx for all.
Really good music, and all your presets are awesome to, it sound really similar O_o I have the 6262 to, and i don't use it as well as you :p Thank you for the answer, i add it in my favourite songs ! (Ps : if you just could make a list of all the songs you played, that would be really cool ! :) ) (Sorry for the wrong english, i'm a french guy)
nobody here knows good music? ;-) you are one of three who asked that! It is "Creed - One Last Breath" Have fun listening them. They have great songs in my opinion. :)
@HeilTheOperator I wouldn't go as far as to say that the amp is excellent. The Amp is Good, but not Excellent. My motto to all of you that read this is, "Try it before you buy it." Good Luck!
Grunthorn Newer bugeras aren't that bad. The infinium models help to prolong tube life. And for the price especially for one starting out in the tube amp world they are quite capable machines. Great high gain amps. Although I think the Bugera 333XL is slightly better than this one. What I like about the Bugera amps is that they have good gain channels, but don't sacrifice the clean channels either, like the peavey 6505 which is generally a good $400 more. I mean it's not the top contender by all means. But considering what you're given and how versatile these amps are one can't go wrong. Some demos I've seen these amps go against higher end Mesas, Marshalls, and they perform at par and sometimes even sound better than those amps depending on the style and channels being compared.
@Drakggor You're welcome! Yeah you're right, this is a very good amp to buy, but not only for beginners. These amps can deliver a very convincing pro sound! And at a very affordable price!

What song are you playing at around 2:00 ? Sounds AMAZING!
Great video thank you so helpful
Didnt expect the amp to sound like that. As everyone always goes the heavy music route.
Sultans of swing !!!!

Im selling my 6262 for $299 if anyone is interested. Ive taken really nice care of it.
Every knob is in the exact same position through out the video??? Wtf???
If you look down at one of his replies to another comment, he said that he used a picture for the part where he is playing rather than using a video
Great demo! finally some clean sound! Which model is this one? 6262 infinium or 6262 normal?
+Marco Capobianco Thanks! This is one of the first models - I recoreded the video 8 years ago :D 6262 Vintage Edition!
finally a decent demo, that is not that same metal
Is it normal that in my Bugera 6262 footswitch the REVERB led is always on? Thank you!
FINALLY someone who is not playing metal with this amp! Awesome dude!

+A. W. Hey... i actually did change the tone quite a bit - I just didn't record a video while playing and inserted the stativ picture.

such a laid back mellow tune
Hello Daniel, I would like to buy this amp, but I don't know head, or combo to choose. What speakers do you recomend to head?
un kebouz en ré bemol
What does he play 3:23 ?
played to fast
Creed - One Last Breath
Creed
Celestion Vinatge 30s are the Answer ! But ´em into your Cab and you know what i mean \m/
3:25?
5:00 HEEEEELLS BEEEEEELLS
v3 or 6262?
change the cabinet. the bugera 4x12 sucks a big one. Pair it to a marshall 1960a or a good peavey cab and you will hear all the difference.
@krismaciejewski by not cranking the master volume. it only pushes 120 watts when have it fully cranked.
How do you play 120w amp on 60w speaker?
