AVOID. I hired MCcabbe bathroom services in January 2024. Lee and his brother refurbished my bathroom (4200£). I was really clear about my expectations and I mentioned him few times that I wanted something affordable but something that wouldn't cause me any issues in the future at the same time so he recommended pvc panels. They finished the bathroom in 3 days and straight away I paid the full amount. One hour after I made the payment (screenshot) I turned on the heating and I heard a metal noise inside the ratior, there was a screw inside the radiator. After chasing him for over a month, he eventually came and removed the screw from the inside of the radiator. (screenshot 2). In April 2024 I had issues again, the toilet started to leak and it took him one week to get it sorted but that was too late because the water run down to the kitchen and I had to repaint the ceiling. In September 2024 again a leak issue. The shower screen that he installed is not big enough which means that you need to be extremely careful when using the shower otherwise 30% of the water goes out of the shower. I raised this issue to him and after a month chasing I haven't received a response. I've spent so much money in this bathroom and he's not responsive or takes accountability so I would suggest to anyone reading this to find another person to do your bathroom or you'll end up regretting.
