i really can't get over these extremely boring death animations and there isn't even a wound inflicted by the weapon, thought this game could've been cool but i just can't stand when developers pay no attention to details. completely breaks immersion.

Far Cry 2 lining up an RPG shot or IeD on a convoy half a mile away was so satisfying

Far cry 2 had the most detail, but there were several glaring issues that made me hate it. Biggest was the malaria. The fact i had to go on missions constantly to get medication for it just interrupted my fun. The map was to use while driving. And All the guns were mirrored, that irked me the most. Left-handed guns exist, but not every gun needed to be left handed.

Far cry 1 has the same grenade sound effects as Halo 1

2 looks the most realistic. That puff of smoke, the shockwave, and the way it shook the leaves off nearby trees was just amazing

Military guy here. Many grenades thrown. FarCry3 most realistic. Just black burns on the ground and shrapnel everywhere

Believe me or not, far cry 1 is not as realistic. We aren't packing nuclear bombs in frag grenades they just fling out green shards they don't need that much explosion force

Far Cry 5 has decent explosives Just wish it came with destructable buildings

2 and 3 were the best ones of the series by far, if you ask me.

New games never fail to disappoint me. There was so much effort and detail put into older games. Everything new is just bland, rushed, cookie cutter experiences that are more dumbed down than the last.
