Unapologetically unpolished and unrehearsed :)
My name is Sujin and I'm a Korean New Yorker, solo traveler, and avid foodie.
I quit my desk job and started my content creator journey in 2021 (at the age of 40) because I realized sharing my experiences and connecting with others - while eating amazing food - was my passion.
Thanks for joining me on this journey as I navigate this unconventional life 🤗

Join me as I try some of my favorite Korean dishes during my visit to Vancouver (Coquitlam, for this restaurant) and discuss a big topic that's been weighing on me as of late. I'm coming to terms with the pitfalls of staying on Instagram and confronting my real goals as a content creator. Ultimately I need to do what's best for me and remember why I started doing this in the first place...but w...

Lol do you guys read at all? She gave the reason..
Is this a diet for weight loss? Or is this like a health thing? Cause dang if that's by choice that is dumb. Life's to short to deprive yourself of good food.
Why are you doing this to yourself

@SujinKim : You have a major advantage that most lonely people do not have. You have looks and your extroverted. So your journey was not really a major risk relative to most of the rest of us. Your creator has blessed you in more ways than many more others. Best of wishes to you.

I’m so glad you met that person who refused to call you Susan. Su Jin is a beautiful name.
Thank you! I'm so glad they pushed me to re-embrace where I came from.
❤
Hey Sujin. Meaningful words escape me. Your work pulls me up short. My tendency is to reach out a helping hand when my compassion is triggered. But unsolvable problems are problematic for me. I feel hollow, a little helpless. And yet your courage encourages me. It takes courage to flail publicly. Not fail, just to be clear, but flail. And you flail so compellingly. I applaud you for continuing the journey. I wish you all the best and every success. I feel it is imminent for you. So happy eating and happy creating😊
Thank you so much for these words. I always hope my experiences will help anyone with theirs.
Cash or credit card?
Both! Of course cash is appreciated, but most vendors will at least have a portable card reader (with a small fee).
@@thewanderingkorean Thx!
Finding most of all the hidden and dark parts of humanity in order to find the parts of yourself that will never see light unless you seek the darkness. See them for what they are and have compassion. That alone is not contributing to a culture of degradation. But a culture of open mind, leading to a open heart and empowers a powerful soul. If I am simply killed or dehumanized for simply living, then let death be kinder. For it is, death has become kinder than us humans. The mindless living for the promise not the guarantee. We are never guaranteed beauty, success, or love. But a gift is a gift. So I give the gift of love every present day. I choose to be a golden heart in a world where I am destined to be punished for good motives. For I am stronger than that. If you are interested in Grandiosity: Robert Greene: the Dragon of grandiosity Thank you for listening fellow soul.

@@adolfobriceno1635 I think it depends on your preference. I found a lot of the dishes a bit too creamy and sauce-heavy for me, but most people love that. The seafood is undoubtedly fresh and delicious.

What a downer. We do not need to know that you are in a bad mood. Have a triple latte. Walk around the block. Find a dog and ask if you can pet it. Actually all you have to do to get in a good mood, at least for a little bit, is to DECIDE to be in a good mood. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk. 😎👍🏼
