It’s so obvious where it came from. It’s the piece of armor that you get from finding the first memory in breath of the wild

First you have to unlock all of the bargainer statues in the depths and its from breath of the wild

In Breath of the Wild, this is called the Champion's tunic which is unlocked after seeking out one memory after meeting with Impa in Kakariko Village (North of the Great Fairy fountian above the shrine) This tunic was unique as it allowed the player to see the health of enemies, and had a defense of 32 when fully upgraded In Tears of the Kingdom however, there are two versions of this tunic, the Champion's upgraded garb of which you get from a side quest when visiting Link's house and going into the well behind it, and the Tunic of Memories obtained after seeking all 5 Poe Statues in The Depths and returning all 4 eyes of the Great Plateau Statue (its also where the Hyrule Central Zonai Mine is) although the Memory Tunic is the Champion's tunic, i do not know if it reveals the health of enemies anymore
