I added you on IG. I was blown away by how stable your footage is. If you used any stabilization I can't tell because there's no warping on the footage. It looks really good.
Thanks Hugo. I usually add some warp stabilization to most of my clips just to fix those small jitters

Thanks. I use 60fps for the wide shots, 120fps for the details, and 30fps on the aerials. I edit on a 24fps timeline

What I watched is not about the camera (any can record same) but the gimbal moves which is phenomenal...and live the drone as well...I think it's a distraction emphasizing the camera...can be done from an Olympus to gh5 to sony aps-c and ff to canon crop and ff to Fujifilm to nikon dslrs and mirrorless
Dude this is how you shoot and edit a video tour of a house. I love this so much. What gimbal did you use on this one? Your Ronin-M or RS2? I love how i can not tell your walking around as it is buttery smooth. By the way, any good suggestions on speed ramp audio 'woosh' effects? I can only find realy fast ones and most of them sound unrealistic. Love your work, subscribed!

Quick question. I heard we have to be licensed to use drones for commercial purposes (even the drones under 250g) and that real estate content is considered commercial since we make money from it. Is this true, to your knowledge? Was hoping getting the mini 3 pro would keep me from needing a license but that won’t be the case if the commercial thing is true
Yeah that’s true. You’ll need a part 107 to fly commercially no matter the size of the drone. Don’t let that stop you tho. There’s a bunch of free (or cheap) places that you can use to study. I used Altitude University which was on sale for $50. I set aside a week to really study the course. The test is pretty tricky but not too bad. I think I passed with an 85. Best of luck!

Are you preferring the Sony’s for this type of work over the canon?
Yes especially since the FX3 hasn’t overheated on me once even on 90-100 degree days

Awesome! Is it possible for you to do a tutorial or Behind The Scenes on when you usually switch cameras/lens throughout your shooting, the settings used, how to expose for windows, time of day you shoot, and pre-plan process when approaching client work?

expose for the window, then you get a dark room.. it's a chicken and egg thing.. you have to choose what's more important to you..the rooms in the video are dark, my realtors will not like them.. The time of the day plays a big factor prolly in the evening close to blue hour or early in the morning before the sun is over head.. but I don't think it's worth the stress for a video that will be seen on the MLS market for maybe just 1 month

Great shots. Could you describe your settings? 4k 60fps? Overheating issues? Ever film 1080p?
Thanks. I shot all of the wide shots in 4k60 and for detail shots I would usually shoot 1080 at 120. When I had the R5 and R6, the R5 would overheat on me a lot more than the R6 would.

@@dudek53 Heck yeah that’s awesome. The R6 is one of the best cameras I’ve owned. I would always film in c-log.
