This is a curious song. If the angels were thoughtless aspects of “god’s will”, then they had no will of their own, right? (As many religious texts seem to state). If this was the case, the moment this god would fall - why would they suddenly become vengeful? This makes no sense. If they were truly as mindless as is stated, then they would just be confused at best… they would be innocents, like tiny children. They would not even understand the nature of vengeance. In fact, they themselves would be the ones subject to violation by humans - who were the ones with free will. Food for thought… the whole Nephilim idea was that fallen angels corrupted humans. How so? Maybe it was the other way around… makes sense, right? Humans are the ones with the track record of conquering and destroying, after all…

I miss when DeG was this bold with their compositions. I still love them to death but I feel like they rarely take risks anymore, most of their post-Arche material is very unimaginative. This sort of fucked up take on extreme metal they were doing circa DSS was absolutely fantastic.This is one of the weirdest, most surreal pieces of music I ever heard, its atmosphere is unmatched

Man alive!!! This album is PURE!!! Mors Principium Est - Hands Down, my whole times favourite band and this album back in 2007 was the best shit out there, and shit the bed, so as I out of nowhere see ''Liberation = Termination'' I nearly cried because I lost touch with this album back in 2010, and I haven't heard it since - so today is a fucking blessing!!!
