Just unboxed and inspecting recently purchased BurgerMotorSports down pipes. *install was slightly more difficult than i thought.. Best bang for the buck in my opinion. *After installing them i could really hear the turbos spool. No JB4 tune as of yet but will do soon. Even without the tune ive noticed increased throttle response ... reduced turbo lag....deeper idle and driving tone...and more ...

PART NUMBER: 25560JA074 (combo switch) buy it here:www.dealerdirectparts.com/2007-NISSAN-ALTIMA-SL-Combination-Switch-p/nissan-5075561-altima-sl-4.htm get the fog light fixtures at ebay.com search "nissan altima fog light"
This 100% works, just finished doing it on my 2010 2.5s with stock wiring harness. Thanks for the video! Couple of notes: I found the turn lever on a 07 3.5se at my local yard. If the plugs are already there taped on but don’t work with the new lever, they’re probably corroded and need to be replaced.
you didnt have to add any extra wiring or relays? i thought only the 2.5SL trims had all the wiring needed for the fog lights
Nope no extra wiring other than replacing the plugs. I'm pretty sure the wiring harness is the same on both models, the only difference being that they didn't add in the features from the sl. I assume they used the same one to save money, but it also makes things really convenient.
Great! Sounds like me and you have a similar setup, also got my combo switch off a 07 3.5se, do you know if same gen maxima combo switches would work also? There were a couple Maxima's at the junkyard and imo the switches look pretty cool. Just waiting on the fog lights, should come tomorrow, if the pre wire plugs are corroded, what would the best way to go about fixing them or changing them out be?
Yea the combo switch should just be plug and play, from what I remember it uses the same connector and fits perfect. As for the plugs, if the fog lights you ordered come with a wiring setup you can just cut off the old ones and connect the new ones. If they don't, you could either get new ones online (they're pretty cheap last time i checked) or check the junkyard. I just used some old push in wire connectors I had for copper so that the new connection and wires wouldn't corrode. If they're corroded you'll either get no light or dim inconsistent light so its pretty easy to tell if they need to be replaced. Also the entire thing can be done without taking the bumper off if you just turn your wheels and use the wheel well.
@@SamIsPink thanks for the reply, I got the fogs connected to the pre wired harness, but it seems like the pre wired harness plug doesn't reach deep enough to make contact with the fogs, or maybe it's corroded. I'm thinking I'll have to cut the pre wired terminal plug end off and use a splicer kit to attach the copper wires to the new plug that comes with the kit. I'm not that great with electrical stuff so hopefully that makes sense, but would this be a valid way to tackle the problem, or be similar to what you did?
Mine is already wired
The link doesn’t work where can I buy the piece to turn the fog lights on?
didn't show us any work at all, thumbs down!!
Would be easier to just get the fog lights.. and install a toggle switch to turn them on and off rather then do all this.. infact after hearing that only the SL comes prewired which is dumb cause every other vehicle in the road from every other company has everything prewired already cause it’s cheaper and easier to mass produce this way that’s exactly what I’m gonna do on my daughter care since it already has a spare switch spot on the drivers side next to the trunk release
Thank for this information just what I needed to know your video skills are not great But they information is 100% good luck thank you
Are those two Leads on the new harness power? The blue and red? What wires go to those from the fog light harness? Red to what and blue to what? Thank you.
Great Video...Finally found detail on wring and stalk replacement!
I wonder if I could do this to my 2012 Nissan Sentra?
Hey man how these turbos holding up?
I don't have the stalk on my 06 but it's pre-wired. And I have auto headlights. If I just put the fogs in using the factory wires will they automatically go on with the low beams?
Do you think you can put the actual link to where you got both fog lights and the fog switch? Please & Thank You
could you please post a same video for Toyota Camry 2012, 2013 and 2014
Dude! What's with those jeans?😂
Nasty bitch should've got ran over
Helpful video. I really want to install fog lights on my altima, but man that price tag on that combo switch
Does the ceramic coating help prevent buildup?
What the heck is a stapler looking trying 😂
Why would you pay so much for a shift knob😂❗️🤣 got mine for 20$ and it was leather on eBay . You could of had a feast with that money
Can't you talk any louder?? You're murmuring!
Hello I saw your old video of the Nissan Altima and you installed a switch with fog lights. What is the order number ? Thanks for the help
So it’s that easy you don’t need to put a sensor or nothing ???
Thanks man. Works that same with the Maxima.
Brother donde compró el sistema de q canbiastes yo tengo un nissan altima 2008 y quiero poner ese sistema
Do you need the switch?
Good job!
First of all; you are a soldier at Ft. Bliss...the soldier part was easy, as for Ft. Bliss, the rock wall (fences)...'kind of weird that a city mostly against a national border wall has so many walls...ha ha! Anyway, I am doing the same thing to a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. I am using Morimoto LEDs instead of any incandescent bulb units. Thanks for your tutorial!
IMPORTANT TIP 2:06 if you look at this clip and you DO see wires in all the spots then your car is already equiped with fog light engine harness which means its already wired to plug in fog lights. I was lucky after watching i noticed i do have all wires. I looked down in front of my battery and saw the fog light plug taped to the harness! All i needed was the wheel switch and lights and plugged right in!
Did you have to change the stalk to one with fog lights, or did it just turn on with the auto headlights and you didn't have to do anything?
@@sbond1963 yes i got one from a 2013 with fog light switch. Super easy to install.
i have all the wires on the fuse box, but i have a 2010 2.5SL, not the 3.5 trim. will i still need the 3.5SL turn signal switch?
@FlipperGrapesLover the plug should already be on your harness, look directly down in front of the battery, you should see the clip taped agaist the harness, just untape and plug the fog lights in, you will also need the fog light brackets that replace the plug in the fog light holes on the bumper, these will then hold the fog lights in place. Get the 2.5l steering column switch.
I like how you did this the proper way. Im not sure how you know this much but I envy your knowledge
I have a nissan versa '15 and this switch fit in my car as well, I still have to wire it to the foglights hopefully I can find some pins somewhere. I was searching youtube for advice. I'm so Glad you posted your video. Im like, "yes! I found someone who knows what they're doing!" Lol Did you have to wire it to the relay provided with the foglights? Also, My foglights I bought also have running lights and blinkers on the bottom. I can get it to work but, Does anyone know of an accessory wire under the hood so I dont have to go through the firewall for the running lights?
Did you find the connector or wire that goes to the fog ligth? I have a Versa that cames without fog ligths
Bro just wanted to say bro really great video man helped me out a lot bro you a real g brotha informative too
Thank you. Very instructional video. Thank goodness for Pull-a-part.
Thanks for taking the time to make this, I was just curious how hard it would be to make it as factory as possible. You kick ass!
my 2008 does have that wiring i put the multi control levers in connected the fogs to headlights one side wont come on bulbs are good m
What the name of it
Do u have to use the fog light switch or can I jus use the light switch to turn fog light on and off with the head lights?
Mine already has the plus to plug in dog light
How do you wire the two wires that come out of the fuse box ? I can’t get the lints to work ?
Hey I put these on like 6 months ago and the make crazy power, but you have had them 2 years .how are they holding boost after 2 years.
Excellent video brother!! Thank you!
Hey how is going I have quick questions about the wiring. Do you a have diagram how you did the wiring? I have all the parts already. thank you for your time
I have fog lights on my car already, so do I just need this switch, because it's not on there.
Did they fail on you ?
Hes still alive by the way. Crazy lil critter
Good job bro. 👍
Dealer charges $320 for the switch
Im on the search for the interior switch, cant find one anywhere local. Luckily it looks like mine is already wired from factory but no lights, should be easy if i get the switch
Switch assemblies are the same from '07 to '15. Any year will fit.
Ur video was really helpful
1:42 What are THOSE!!! Lol
Looks like bragg barracks 👀
